“Thank you,” Tavis said, “I can see the boarder area now.” Tavis led Sasha around one last pile of rubble before coming to the intersection the signaled the boarder between the Tura and Rodrae boarder.

The moment Sasha stepped into Rodrae territory he began to relax. “Thank you,” he said, pulling out his cane and shaking it until it snapped into a long, straight rod. “Would you accept these?” he asked after a moment of thoughtful silence, where he was searching through his mismatched clothes. What he came up with were several bangles made of gold and rose gold.

“Oh my…” Tavis’ eyes grew wide, he didn’t want to tell Sasha no, but the bangles were really too much, “They are amazing Sasha…I…thank you.” He accepted the bangles and slid them on his wrist, “If you ever need any help and you are in Tura lands ask for me, and I will do what I can to help.”

“I won’t forget that!” said Sasha, squinting at the blur that was Tavis. “Especially if I wind up getting all hurt and injured, I’ll remember to demand that Tavis har Tura looks after me and no one else!”

Tavis laughed softly, “Well I will take my leave. Take care, and thank you for the gift.” Tavis let go of Sasha’s arm and stepped back.

“No problem,” said Sasha and set off into Rodrae territory. “See you ‘round, Tavis!” he called at the last minute and then proceeded to whack the pavement with a vengeance.
