Sadly Carl had to leave the game. Because of this the Vistari tribe is being revamped. The basis of the tribe is essentially the same. More will be posted as it is worked out.

The Vistari are a Wraeththu tribe that covers all those that seek knowledge (both material and magical), wish to use that magic for practical purposes (crafters, alchemists), and to understand the body and the mind (martial artists).
The Vistari was the first tribe to form in the city ago as a means of protecting, collecting and saving the knowledge that was being lost in this time of degeneration and general collapse.
The Vistari see their mission as primary mental, to engage in collecting all pieces of knowledge – even those pieces seen as useless and politically and/or religiously dangerous. In small numbers or even individually, Vistari may be seen gathering bits and pieces of information that most people would find without purpose.
(All the above information was created by Carl, the original creator of the Vistari, who sadly had to leave the game.)
They focus on preserving history rather than actively participating in it, but they will do what they can to protect their own.
They are based out of Tacoma Community college. (At least until I can find out information about the other colleges in Tacoma and where they are located)
Abilities
The Vistari, being an older tribe, do not have a specific mutation due to the bombing. However small and rather varied mutations are shown in the newly incepted. The Vistari are known for their higher rank hara and their dedication to caste training.
Fighting Abilities
As previously mentioned the Vistari have an interest with the martial arts. Some are also well versed in knowledge of warfare of all kinds, from guerrilla warfare to medieval warfare. It is rumored that some of the younger Vistari created a trebuchet behind their line should the military (or other enemies) ever come calling.
They are not oppose to using violence, but are much more aware of what violence does due to their study of history.
Policy’s and Laws The Vistari operate in a ‘do as you will’ type of governing. Only when there is a major issue, or an issue that can not be resolved does the leader, Ash, get involved. They have no prohibitions against incepting humans or dealing with other tribes. Pretty much as long as no one of the tribe is being injured they are rather laid back about rules.
Relations with other Tribes
The Vistari do not look at tribes as other do. They do not see the divisions and differences in a negative light, to them there is hara and human. The violence of the Rodrae is not repulsive to them (as a whole) nor is the chaos of the Frag hara. The Vistari accept this as harish nature.
